Kaula Lumpar King Prawns

12 king prawns
1⁄2 onion, diced
Few pieces of tinned or fresh pineapple
1 small tomato, diced
1 stick shallot, finely sliced for garnish
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
2 tsp crushed peanuts

Sauce

1⁄2 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp peanut butter
1 to 2 tsp sugar to taste

1. Seal king prawns in hot oil in a wok, remove from oil. Reheat oil and add garlic     and vegetables and cook until onions are soft and add sauce ingredients.     Cook until peanut butter is dissolved.

Add prawns and stir until boiling. Serve garnished with nuts and shallots, or     use coriander instead of shallots.
