The Olive Branch Café is fully operated by young people aged between 15 and 25 who are training in hospitality operations. Under the guidance of professional staff, the training participants gain nationally accredited qualifications while gaining invaluable work experience. While emphasis is on training, the seasonally changing menu is dynamic and creative, with flavours from different parts of the world. The Olive Branch Café is open for breakfast, morning tea and lunch, Monday to Friday.
