Balinese Fried Noodles - Mie Goreng

200g noodles
100g Asian greens
50g bean sprouts
6 prawns
150g chicken, sliced
100g diced pork
1⁄2 small brown onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp Balinese paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
1. Heat oil in a wok. Sauté
the onion and garlic.
2. Add kecap manis, pork, chicken and prawns, stir until cooked.
3. Add Balinese paste, noodles and greens and leave until cooked
through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and
garnish with omelette.
