Operated since 1982 by Jenny and Ian Morphy, recipients of the Restaurant and Catering Association’s Hall of Fame 2006. The cuisine is produce driven as Ian, the chef, decides on the menu on a daily basis according to the availability of fresh produce. Described as Anglo/French food and responsive to the seasons, there is an emphasis on rich sauces, game dishes and, in the warmer months, fish and shellfish dishes.
